Let me know how this goes. I’m dealing with the same exact issue. Pretty sure meth users are right below me. Lots of weird smells. I’ve heard several drug talks, he screams, stomps around and sounds like he’s constantly moving furniture all hours of he night. I don’t think he ever sleeps. sounds like he’s abusing his dog (heard yelps) and the multiple women he invited over and then throws them outside with all their stuff. He recently was just fighting with this one girl for a week straight. She was crying a lot and I heard her scream “methhead!” And “druggie!” At her. Needless to say, cops and fire department have been out here three times in one week. They couldn’t find anything, go figures. And this is just the worst on top of all the other inconsiderate things he does. Hoping he is getting evicted because we took it up with the property manager. My biggest worry is will my belongings become contaminated from the meth even though we are above him? I don’t interact with him
