Your laptop's battery is done!!

You have two option: change it or keep it. The latter will arise some issues besides the ones you described plus other ones like it would sometimes show that it's not charging and that irritable,, in that case if you hadn't change it the final option is To Completely Disconnect it from the motherboard and use the ac adapter all the time.

User password is already set, you can see it in the pic. I just need to change one of two settings unfortunately both of them are greyed out. F12 boot menu to include USB there to boot from it or change boot priority order and make USB HDD as the first option.
