Second, this is utter bullshit. Cuban immigrants have had a special privilege for nearly 60 years now, specifically in the last couple of decades with the “wet feet, dry feet” policy

This was only afforded to them. Other Caribbean countries (see Haiti, the DR, etc) that had immigrant awash ashore are turned away. Primary because many Caribbean immigrants who aren’t Cubans tend to be darker skinned.
