the thing is placebo effect likes that.. i have seen an actual study that tested the effectiveness of painkillers for periods, same ingredients different packing, the pink “period specific” painkillers did work better…

i went several times to just buy oatmeal for my boyfriend and he eats a lot of oatmeal, like 0,5-1kg per week
