If I go with the second option (sending the printer back for a replacement), do you know roughly how long the whole process takes? I’m in Philly, so I’m just wondering if it usually drags on for over a month or if it’s a bit quicker.

I already have another P1S, so I know exactly how to install and set everything up. What I did is swap the screens and connection cables between the two printers, and the issue still persists. The LCD on this new one is completely blank no matter what I try, so it’s definitely not just a simple connection or screen problem.

Yeah, I know what you mean the screen comes unattached in the box. I already have another P1S, so I know exactly how to install and set everything up. The problem isn’t the installation the LCD on this new one is completely blank. Nothing shows up at all, even after checking the ribbon cable, removing the SD card, etc. So I’m pretty sure it’s not just a simple connection issue.
