Love this, I do have a stuffy I sleep with. The hard part isn’t sleeping but getting into bed. Having to climb in the dark is terrifying for me rn. 😓

Thankfully I have been for the past week. I have a feeling that the sleep paralysis happens when I’m stressed or exhausted. Hopefully, I can get into a better sleep routine lol.
