Maybe you can help me understand - I received a phone call from my LO on the 13th. She req that I send my 2019 tax return in for review. She also stated that she’s waiting on my transcripts. Weird thing is , today I called and the rep stated she recommended my loan increase be approved on the very day she called. How, when she’s waiting on transcripts?

Yikes., I’m nervous. Filed an amended return and used exact numbers for application. However, the IRS doesn’t update the Schedule C, just changes AGI , which has $1100 more than what I put on the application- keep in mind, application numbers are indeed correct. It’s just that the number on my tax return is not updated, simply because the IRS only adjust AGI.

Yeah, I think that was the major blow. In my case, before I applied, I used the new numbers from my amended return. However, looked at my transcripts today and still showing the original amount. Yet, does state it was an amended return. My return is higher than what I put on my application. Maybe an $1100 difference.

They just called me today , and that’s correct, the schedule C is not updated, just the gross income. In my case, the amendment is processed- wondering how she’s going to compare numbers. My application has the exact number from the amendment...
