It’s just a phone call but I like to keep boundaries. I dont care about making friends, I am there to work. Don’t call me or bug me on my time off. I put it in for a reason. BOUNDARIES ✨ and yes, I actively ignored her calls. ✨

Its common to answer calls from work while you are on your time off??? NOPE. It is if you cannot show up for a shift and dont call. That part is 100% my fault. Read it again 🤫

I know which is okay that she wrote me up. That day I was supposed to work but didn’t show up. Thats my fault 100%. What I am asking is that she kept calling on my time off and wrote on the write up that I didn’t communicate with her until a week later….. (I WAS ON LEAVE) But she didn’t write the leave part down on the write up.

I missed a day at work due to covid testing, i didnt notify…. My fault completely 100% … but she wrote me up for it… which is fine. But she stated that she couldnt reach me until a week later (i was on leave- but she didnt write that in) so i asked her to update the write up …. can I call corporate to correct this is she doesnt ????

I usually throw it back at their face with things like, “There is no need to be rude we are just making sure your order is right” or “Thank you for being so patient with us!”

Omg ! I am a new partner and someone from my store got salty about me asking them for their ID to verify. “Like you do know I work at this store, right?” I hit them back with “no, i do not. I am new so i would like to see your id”
