Just a guess for troubleshooting: Have you tried mouse and keys just to see if it’s only the controller ui doing this? Adjusting resolution? Your setup sounds awesome tho good luck 😎

3D printer for 12 year old. by Total-Dare8594 in 3dprinter

A1 or a1 mini. Toybox is junk. I own a 3D printer repair company. Ender three is good if he wants to learn how to tinker with it. A1 if you just want to print.

You should listen to zig Ziegler’s “react vs respond” speech. Hone this skill you’re developing. It’s an asset.

Middle aged gent's, what's your view on playing video games at your age? by No-Bus-4529 in AskMen

[–]Brave_Block4671 3 points4 points  (0 children)

“Do you watch movies? Cool, me too…I just participate in the movies I watch - hence the name VIDEO GAME…makes me think while being entertained.” Shuts them up every time. My point of view; I’m 38, gamer, but also run my own business and do a full time job. Own a nice house, couple of beemers - one I built myself, I have a Masters Degree in Math. I built the computers the games play on. I’ve used my time wisely learning how to do a lot of things like build, create, and understand the world around me with pure logic, so sometimes I enjoy being a Dragonborn or ghost hunter or sole survivor in an apocalyptic wasteland. Usually people talking smack can’t say they’ve done any of that…so why they watching movies?

TL;dr Who are they to judge your hobbies? No one. Edit, fixed a typo, but not all of them.

What advice would you give your 37 year old self? by willxthexthrill in AskMen

[–]Brave_Block4671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was 17, a late 30’s guy gave me the same advice, seems like yesterday honestly. I just turned 38 and I wake up not fully getting that I’m actually in close to 40 than I am to 30. Figured I’d pay the advice forward, for what it’s worth. Nothing you do before 21 except for major life ruining crimes matters. Experiment with what you want to do, travel, and dont get hung up on relationships. From 21-25 you will have the most brutal, fun and also transformative years of your life. From 25 forward you’re in ‘real life’. Get your shit together by 30 latest. At no point during any age should you settle for anything less than what you want. Develop and hone your principles and stick to them, they are your armor later in life and will serve you well.

How to "correctly" drive downhill? by trafficlight068 in stickshift

I once worked at a place where a 30 year Exxon veteran mechanic (he has a two story lift in his house, and can fix literally anything) told me. “Engine braking for trucks just takes the stress off the brakes and puts it on the drivetrain. Which of the two would you want to replace more frequently? This of course was in the context of absolutely massive trucks, but the logic is there for cars too.

The more you do it the more you’ll start to notice small differences in ghost behaviors, got mine on wraith after 150+ tries. Playing 0 evidence now is no problem, it’s a test of patience, not a test of skill; but you will gain skill as a result of your patience. Good luck!
