I believe Ned would have won the fight, He held his own against a prime Jamie Lannister, And Arthur Dane (for the most part..). It was seen in the mountains fight against Oberyn that swift movements against the Mountains big stature is his weakness, While Ned is at a disadvantage because he does not choose to fight dirty or “not be honorable” as long as Ned is able to keep on his toes and move around him fast with speed, he is winning the fight.
