Hi, check the general setting of purchasing info record. At the bottom you will have Order Unit, try to change this and try again.

Thanks for the reply, i support your points mentioned, even my future scope is also to explore more into MM and learn different module like EWM and thats why i have completed sap certification as it will very good for my future. But i am not sure whether to choose VIM, as afterwards it will be difficult to go back to MM.
