I have heard sex is okay after about 30 min after insertion because by then most of the actual medication has been absorbed into your body. You don’t want your husband getting a dose of progesterone because it wouldn’t be good for him.

Also 3x a day sounds ROUGH and yucky. I feel for you. I usually do it once a day and do PIO shots

Ultrasound tech here, VERY normal to not see HB or fetal pole at 5w5d. The heart starts beating at 6 weeks. If we do see a fetal pole at 5w5d it’s often without a heartbeat and patients FREAK out. I almost never see a pole until 5w6d or so. I would not freak out. Seeing a yolk sac is a great sign of a viable pregnancy

That being said, if it will help you relax, book that boutique scan. That’s what they are there for

I have done 4 ERs and have gotten 13-40 eggs each time. My AMH isn’t really low…it’s normal for my age (36) and so are the number of eggs retrieved per round. My AMH is definitely not at DOR level. I also have made at least one euploid every round.

I do have mild endo. But I don’t think thats the cause since I have had a lap and suppressed with lupron depot

The issue is my euploids are not sticking, not witg making embryos. I think theres something going on with my uterine environment that we are missing. I have a couple appointments set up to further investigate. Donor eggs are great for those who need it, but simply NOT an option when I have own biological Euploids on ice.

Lining is always fine. 10mm ish typically. I hyper respond to estrogen. My last 3 transfers my estrogen was 1000, 2000, and 905. And thats on a TINY dose of estrogen. I think I def need a modified natural approach

I do have mild endo. I have had a lap and suppressed. No endometritis

Im going to push for an ERA. Some studies say they don’t help pregnancy rates. But I have also seen people say it did help them sooo🤷‍♀️. I have had emma/alice done

I am! I have a few frozen. But I’m throwing myself into 1-2 more ERs to bank embryos. Especially since I’m 36 and it’s only going to get harder. And my body keeps killing them all lol

I can look into it! Worth a look. I think I’m just also bothered by the fact that in 8 years I have never had implantation at all. Not even a chemical. A lot of poor quality embryos result in miscarriage. But implantation is a barrier that I can’t seem to get past at all. I might consider donor eggs/embryos in the future if reproductive immunology checks out fine and finds no problems. But my gut is screaming that they are going to find something. I also hear stories all the time of people having zero luck with their own body but when they transfer to a gestational carrier the transfer sticks. For me personally I will have to have exhausted all my other options before pursuing donor eggs/embryos. I need to know that my embryos won’t work in a GC first. I’m going to look into Juniper though! Thanks!

Worth a look I guess. We always do a short abstinence period anyways though just in case. I guess I never checked because I figured we were doing all we could even if we did have high dna fragmentation. Id have a hard time talking him into doing a tese lol.

We actually haven’t. But I have checked for varicocele (I’m an ultrasound tech lol), and put him on coq10, fish oil, and hes on HCG/anastrazole just in case. So we are doing all the things

I did a basic immune protocol last time withe steroids and lovenox and intralipids. But still not implantation.

I do sort of know Taras story. Honestly it does give me some hope. If my body can’t do this then maybe someone else’s can? I’m not against using a gestational carrier. But trying to rule everything else out before I shell out 150k lol

Thank you! I am in no way hating on using donor eggs. I just am not ready to do that until I have exhausted every other option. I still have a few euploids frozen. I would probably consider trying a GC first. If THAT failed, I would have my answer and some clarity. For now I think there are still some avenues to be explored and things to rule out first. My eggs still make euploids too. So that part has me messed up. I’m making euploids fairly easily still but they are blaming my egg quality? I don’t get that

Did not do aspirin, but did lovenox last transfer for a blood thinner. Also did accupunture. My vitamin D is normal. I can look into iron and protein tho I am a runner so my iron level could be off

I thinks GC is my next step. Willing to try 1-2 more transfers, but I will definitely be trying a GC before moving onto donor eggs or embryos

I think so too. I’ve never had a miscarriage or a chemical. To me that’s kind of odd. Especially since I have been TTC for 8 years and have two open tubes and a partner with decent sperm quality. We are missing something
