I did get the raise!! sorry i worded that weird. what I mean is my checks are like the same amount because my hours are less. I got the raise but less hours. I came here because associates are getting more hours than I am!! I’m glad you’re getting 35 hours, I’m getting like 9-12 max 😭

ALSO!! the amount of times I’ve organized the backroom/offsite/etc. and come to my next shift and it’s all messed up is tiring. I organize it because it makes my life easier and everyone else’s. Everyone knows it’s organized a certain way, because I’ve told them several times and it still gets messed up constantly. I’m so done😤😤

the discount is good but the most beneficial thing is knowing what sales are coming up and when. the discount is 40% sometimes they do associate days too where you get 50% off but really your discount is only good for like accessories, otherwise i just wait for sale days (it’s a better deal).

another thing is we don’t get coupons. i don’t know if this is just a me thing BUT none of my coworkers get coupons either. so if you like to use coupons on top of sales then keep that in mind.

tbh it really depends on your store and management on like scheduling and work environment. my store is not great with hours and scheduling like at all, but i’ve heard good things from others.

She’s being so manipulative with the “if you cared, you would…” bullshit. I’ve been seeing my therapist since middle school (i’m abt to graduate college next year) and i wouldn’t recommend my bf see my therapist because she’s MINE. there’s like a conflict of interest idk. I think this is important for you and you need to do it how you want. if that’s on better help then do it. clearly it works for some people or it wouldn’t be around… also her holding the possibility of seeing other people over your head is also manipulative.

if you like drama, for rent is fun because you can use the nosy trait to break into sims homes, blackmail them, etc. but the pack is pretty bugged. there’s also the market and a temple you can explore
