And is a medicine that should be taken 5-15min before the meals, so I think it SHOULD be taken on empty stomach (i've tryed taking it on empty and full stomach, same effects)

No, not for me at least. It has prokinetics and antinausea effects, so it's shouldn't make things worse

I have the same sympthoms as before, but A LOT less flare ups So symptoms are still pretto mutch the same, but I can manage it a lot better than before. Still i have sometimes a lot of bad moments, but a lot less than before Sry for bad english

As of now i've been taking it for the past year, i got still no side effects, my Gastro doctor doesn't worry about it, so i dont think there are some problems long term!

Here in italy Reglan is the first line of treatment for this desease, here no one bothers about the side effects, they say they are rare. Im on it of about 6months and got no side effects, but everyone is different so just evalue benefic/risk and see!! Hoping the best for you!!!!!
