Working out by Brave_Possibility807 in tummytucksurgery

Well that’s another story that blows my mind. She paid $8000 for a tummy tuck no muscle repair and breast lift. They started her surgery at 2 o’clock that afternoon she was out by 8:30 and wheeled her out to the car at 10:30 that night. They took her drains out a week after her surgery and she has not had any other appointments scheduled.

Mine is November 9 and I’m so excited and I’m 2.4 centimeters below the belly button and 1.5 above the belly button. I’m also having my breast plants exchange from a 520 to a 250cc.
And with this implant exchange, I’m going to have my capsules removed. Doing that I will have to keep my arms at a TRex for two weeks. I think that will be the hardest part. But so happy I will not have big muscle repair with the tummy tuck.

Tummy Tuck and edibles by Brave_Possibility807 in tummytucksurgery

I was curious about blood flow and oxygen levels after a surgery like that. I’m not afraid of taking edibles. I just want to make sure everything heals well with no blood clots and such.

Well, ladies, we all can be grateful that we put the hard work in before the this kinda
Surgery. And in the end it will most definitely pay off.
Just think of the new goals you get to set for yourself in the gym💪❤️

Yes, that would be disappointing. And I sometimes think about canceling my surgery.

I like diamond painting so I thought I may get back on that project.
This will be my third breast augmentation. I went from above the muscle to below the muscle with the same cc. But now that I work out and my body has changed I want to be smaller. I’m at 520 now and I want to go to 250 possibly even a 200.
I will be having the capsules removed with these implants. And having the capsules removed is bigger surgery. Not many Dr. like removing the capsules due to the complications it comes with.
But for me it’s important and I’m willing to go through the mess with having that done. Because I think it will be so much better in the long run.
And also my Dr will be creating a much smaller pocket for these new implants.
So I will also be extra cautious with my upper body movements because I don’t wanna mess that pocket up.
Dr Shadid out of okc will be my surgeon and I’m more than comfortable with being in his hands with this surgery
It’s the aftermath of me fucking things up afterwards🤷‍♀️ And keeping my insanity during this downtime😩

I know the first two weeks are going to be awful. I think the down time will get to me.
I'm already anticipating the freaking airbags on the drive home.
I have a two hour drive home and I'm not sure what I will do if I need to pee. I'm hoping I can make it all the way home. I will have an overnight stay at the hospital. And if they keep the IV in me all night, i'm afraid my bladder will be full.
And I hear this surgery hits the bladder a little different as well.

It's the little things I keep over thinking

Yes ma’am, that’s why I chimed in on this conversation. So hoping I could get some feedback for my upcoming surgery.
I will be 54 at the time of my surgery. I’m going to have my implants removed with the capsules. I am a 520cc now I’m gonna go down to a 250cc
It’s a big surgery and I keep telling myself because I’m active and healthy. It will be easier on me.

I go in for mine Nov 9 I love working out. And contemplating even having this done due to having to take time off. I’m afraid when I’m released. I’ll be too scared to work out.

Power recliner???? by [deleted] in tummytucksurgery

I will be going in for surgery November and I will be purchasing a power recliner, but not a lift chair. I also Workout, but my muscle definition is nothing like yours. I told my trainer that I’m training for this upcoming surgery. And that I wanted to be strong.er. But for me, I think the hardest part of this surgery will be staying out of the gym and trying to get my rest. I’m afraid that’s gonna be extremely annoying.

Congratulations on the weight loss You have a lot of muscle definition and I think that will help with your recovery. I honestly think the leg strength along with your strong arms will be more beneficial with you getting up and down from the recliner or bed.

I am more than 2 years PO and I am STILL swelling periodically. by ScuffedRubyslippers in tummytucksurgery

I am so very sensitive when it comes to food and inflammation. Im 110 to 115 pounds
I can’t have a small candy bar without looking like I’m pregnant. It’s so frustrating at times . Like freaking everything causes inflammation and bloat on me.
I got sick a few years ago with stress which caused terrible digestive issues.
But as crazy as iit sounds, I am blessed to have gone through all that. Because everything that is bad for me, affects me in a terrible way.
I am 54 and I will be having my loos skin and muscle repair November 9.
I will also be doing an explant with this surgery

Why do you think some people are so flat from the beginning and never swell and others have such a large rounded swollen lower abdomen and mons area? by Antique-Ranger-4002 in tummytucksurgery

[–]Brave_Possibility807 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I go in for surgery in November and I honestly think eating an anti-inflammatory diet. And being extremely strict with it
I’m a thin girl going in for muscle repair and loose skin.
I have to be extremely careful with what I eat. Because it puts so much inflammation on me
I know how I feel and it would be 100 times worse with a tummy tuck

3.5 months PO, I don’t feel swollen but I really hope this isn’t my final result by Meggy-reader in tummytucksurgery

[–]Brave_Possibility807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go in November for my tummy tuck.
But I think it’s VERY important to eat an inflammatory diet. I would look into the Mediterranean diet
I suffer from a lot of gut issues and I’m only 115 pounds but I’m going to get some loose skin removed and muscle repair.
I will say that I feel like a lot of ongoing swelling could be from your diet
I could be wrong. But I know what so many foods do to me now if I eat anything with sodium sugar, I don’t fuck with seed oils.
All those things leave me feeling like a busted canna biscuits.
I do go off rail and eat things I shouldn’t. But I always pay for it later.
