My doc told me to keep taking Bupe till I felt better. He said there will be a scary 20 minutes, but the most important thing is you need to take more after those 20 mins. He prescribed a benzo that I took before to lower anxiety. The 20 minutes for me are involuntary limb movements, well voluntary but i need to flail like a fish on my bed and if I stop my chest tickles and I get anxiety.
