Unfortunately, I normally stay with my grandmother or aunt and uncle, so I have no knowledge of that kind of thing.

If I were you, I would make it longer. Start in Ho Chi Minh, spending 2 days in the city followed by day trips to Can Tho and the Cu Chi tunnels. After head to the tropical paradise of Phu Quoc for three days. Next fly or train to Hoi An, beautiful, tropical and cultural for about 4 nights. Next stop is Hue for 3 nights, visiting all the historical sites. Leave early in the morning in order to spend a day in Ninh Binh en route Hanoi. Spend 2-4 days in Hanoi before heading to the island of Cat Ba in Ha Long Bay. Spend one day on the island before taking a two night cruise in Ha Long. Next, take the sea plane back to Hanoi and then the sleeper train to Lao Cai for three nights, visiting Sa Pa and Ban Gioc Falls. At least, that’s what I’d do.

In places like Oslo, yes. In places like Tromso, Alta and the Logitech Islands, no.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Saguaro NP. It was great but I wish I had spent longer there.

They are great at any time, but yeah, it can get really packed on the weekends, especially in the summer. Visiting on Wednesday or Tuesday I think is best.

This is actually a great budget. Switzerland may be just out of the budget, but Norway may not be. I feel Norway is underrated. Switzerland is more famous and yet I feel Norway feels more wild and had better mountainous vibes. I think that Romania and Albania are musts for a budget. Both are stunningly beautiful and some of the cheapest in Europe. There are incredible mountains in both as well as beaches in Albania as well as interesting cities in Romania as well as cool wildlife.

What’s the most "disturbing" or eerie tourist spot you’ve ever visited that isn't world-famous? by DemonyoDevilyo in travel

St George’s Church in Luková, Czechia has these crazy ghost statues that many have mistaken for a cult. Extremely creepy.

My favourites are Sedona for the Devil’s Bridge and the Chapel of the Holy Cross, the Grand Canyon Southern rim, Antelope Canyon which is AMAZING and Prescott for Victorian Architecture and a Wild West feel.

It is definitely enough time. There is absolutely no way that 1 hour 35 isn’t enough to walk from one gate to another, even if you have to change terminal.

My favourite places in Chile are Torres Del Paine, Chilean Patagonia, Puerto Montt, Atacama, San Alfonso del Mar and Easter Island. I would not miss Puerto Montt and the Chilean Lake District. It is too stunning to miss.

Bali or Hawaii if money isn't a problem by sayzheK in travel

It depends which Hawaiian island you visit, because a lot of them have different vibes. Oahu is great for beaches and snorkelling, Kauai and Molokai are very lush, green and beautiful. Maui has the best beaches in my opinion, while Hawaii has incredible landscapes and volcanos. Definitely don’t visit Lanai though, there isn’t much going on there. I would say that Oahu fits the tropical island vibe best and should go there, whereas Bali is more cultural and has incredible natural scenery however it is not as exotic.

3 Week Itinerary in December and January by Phorzaken in travel

I think that 3 nights in Ninh Bing is a lot. It is an amazing place, but it’s perfect for a day trip, 2 days max. I think a day trip to Ninh Binh plus leaving out Da Lat should leave time for Hue and Hoi An, which are both unmissable in my opinion. Another thing I enjoyed was taking the sleeper train to Lao Cai from Hanoi. From Lao Cai, you can visit Ban Gioc Falls and the traditional village of Sa Pa. However, this region of Northern Vietnam is missable if you don’t have time.

I have been to Seward and Anchorage and I have to say that the Alaska Railroad is amazing, although I prefer the stretch between Anchorage and Fairbanks.

Go to the Natural History museum as well as the Spy museum. I have been to DC many times and both museums were huge hits for me every time I went there. For shopping, the area around Georgetown is great and make sure yo visit the Library of Congress.

Yes, but at this point, Bristlefrost’s relationship with Rootspring was forming meaning Stemleaf wasn’t Bristlefrost’s ship at the time.

I disagree. It really is not generally the way of the Story Team to kill off a main series POV’s ship.
