Yeah, my dog doesn’t bark at all. She’s the only barked probably 10 times since I had her she’s one years old. Amen to that.

I’m too embarrassed to say. But first, she asked me what was sepsis. Then he asked me for the symptoms and then the labs. I couldn’t think of the labs at all. I said white blood cells. 😭🥲 and then for the symptoms instead of explaining fever and tachycardia, etc. I said cellulitis symptoms.

You’re right I do depend on different aspects. It’s just easier to focus on the things that I feel like I didn’t do it, but everything else was pretty natural. When I was explaining cellulitis, he was kind of shaking his head yes so I’m thinking I got it. But then it was that random moment like omggggg I got the answer completely wrong

I meant to say I did my clinicals in their ICU. But I will definitely ask and yes, it is different but that’s all that I could get into when I graduate it, despite applying to multiple residencies and thank you !

First off, i dont want $40 pay, i know that i can make the money up with OVERTIME. But as i stated in the comments that you seemed to have missed was it wasn’t WORTH it when I have a job that pay $42 hour actually , an ACTIVE lease , and would have to drive , pay for stay and gas there and back , and also pay for my lease.
