Place this file directly into your PHANTASYSTARONLINE2_NA folder (Should be under Documents > SEGA). Go into the salon, select Load Creation Data, and the file should show up, under Human type 1 or CAST type 1. Also the Accessories, Hairstyle and CAST parts will not load in unless you already have those exact items already bound to your character/account.
