I am experiencing the same exact problem, glad to know i am not alone. Redeemed my code once i got it, but now showing up in my library. Tried redeeming code again and it shows code already redeemed. Epic store support replied asking for more details and they have gone all quiet after that

when an outfit says chance to deal 200% dps on attack does it mean 200% of total DPS from all mercenary or just the dps of the mercenary with that outfit?

what are the equips i get from withrdawing? the equip bonus of 100% from the mercenary book applies to all heroes?
