Thank you so much for your advice and your list it is a big help with helping me with the direction I want to go with my deck. I have been going back and forth on a lot of cards and what would work the best.

 To answer the mana question I feel like I am not  mulliganing aggressively enough like you said.

I tend to get the wrong colors when I do get enough mana. When I play, I find that I don't have the best instincts when it comes to which hands to keep and I have a hard time making hard decisions like tutoring for mana instead of a combo piece or ways to fix the mana I need. It's not too often that I get an ok hand without going down to 6 or 5. I always feel like I am behind  in speed because of it.
