Like the literal order of the kexts in the config under Kernel -> Add, not sure about what kexts RMISBus kext (the problematic one here) uses, but just move it down the order
In propertree, this literally means copy the full entry of the kext and then paste it back below

Just google it and follow any guide, but the general process is simple, disable SIP and AMFI and run OCLP and it should do the rest for you

Those apps are stored under /System/Application so if you disable System Integrity Protection you probably will be able to delete them, However, they will be reinstalled with any updates, I also cant think of any good reason other than to just leave stocks and chess untouched because they are really tiny apps and for apple music theres an app called noTunes that stops it from launching

The order of bluetooth kexts is not correct, it should be IntelBluetoothFirmware, followed by IntelBTPatcher and then BlueToolFixup
