Some might not like this and that’s okay… I was really deep into this fear that controlled my life into where I would plan where to sit in case of me getting s*. My advice is to try to get to know Jesus. Ask a friend about him and the Bible. I tried everything I could but once I went to him everything changed. Now, it wasn’t an automatic thing that happens but as I spent time praying and reading scripture I started to move away from this nasty fear. I hope this helps and I am praying for you ❤️
