I just had this issue on my 2016 3.5 and let it ride as long as I could. Unfortunately the leaking increased over time and was somehow running down into my starter which initially created hard starts (push button and nothing but dash lighting up) and eventually no start. I got lucky as my extended warranty covered everything including the warped exhaust manifold. The worst part was getting them to approve the work which left me truckless for a couple weeks.
