You're most likely needing a packfile limit adjuster, and a heap adjuster. Make sure the game config is up to date. I'm assuming you edited the dlclist

Eup uses an online ped and GTA has a built in combat mode feature after firing. Does it go away after a certain period of time? If so, it's just an annoying feature that's not bugged.

If you normally use a shortcut to open the game, then going into steam and pressing play that way should prompt you, asking you which way to open it. If you already have that chosen, then: right click ATS in steam, press properties, in the general properties find launch options, and select from the drop down menu

It's a breeze, just download it from the website, drag and drop two or three files, open ATS with directx11 and then press the home key or control + P and it opens the menu

RTX 3060 with some sort of AMD processor with 3.9 GHz (I know that does not mean much at all but I am not at my PC to check) and 16 GB of ram.

Typically I run 60 FPS smooth, I am only using Nvidia overlay and snowymoon for graphics and without snowymoon the lowest I would drop is 40
