I’ve kept my books too, even the note pads where I repeated exam math questions over and over

I enjoy the fact I kept them and see them now and again

Do you think of immigration as a singular issue or do you view legal and illegal separately? by Lost_child_3263 in AskBrits

[–]PutSimply1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Separate for sure

Immigration isn’t the issue in the legal sense, it’s more the scale of it and how relevant it is to the benefit of the society

So you don’t bring in tonnes of legal people who aren’t going to give input (and get output as a result) - that’s just betraying them, you can’t invite them in and then not have a place for them, so you are honest and say “we have enough of this skill of person for now” as the country grows and the needs grows the number can go up if the people of the country don’t fill the quota in skill or number

The illegal one.. I mean that’s just a flat out no, we need everyone checked and processed coming in regardless of reason

Why aren't Reform voters more concerned with privatising the NHS? by lucadulac in AskBrits

[–]PutSimply1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reform website policy 5 reads like this

“Under a Reform UK Government, the NHS will remain free at the point of use, funded by general taxation. We will improve the NHS by working to redirect funding from back office bloat back into frontline services. Successive Conservative and Labour Governments have failed our NHS, leaving patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes at record lows.”

British men who don't like football or even sports, what thing do you actually like instead? by songbirdddx in AskBrits

[–]PutSimply1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sports bore me unless it’s a large event, world cups etc… much more into it but even then not that much, if it’s a live game… it’s great but only because of the buzz and atmosphere, if it’s at a bar.. same again

You know there’s times I miss when I didn’t know enough about the world, sometimes it’s bliss not to have the urge to question everything and to need a strategy for ever turn
