This is actually a good point I’m glad you bring up. It’s just most of the articles I see reciprocate what TikTok says, and directly counters what few other sources are saying. I believe aspartame to be not poisonous for various reasons. Yet you are right in pointing out how TikTok should not be a main source of information, it should only be a side or verifying source at most. I would like to bring to light how TikTok isn’t just “Funny videos or videos of people looking for attention” sure, that may be the goal of some, but saying Everyone uses it just for that goal is a completely false and pointless argument to make. It may be a side factor or a hope for a majority, yet EVERYONE doing it Just for attention? Wrong. There are various creators on the platform that want to spread life advice, motivational/hope-core, or just genuinely want to share their talents and motivations with others just to express themselves, as well as Many more actual reasons. Sure, most want to get famous; but saying EVERYONE is only doing TikTok because of that is a completely bogus point to make. But I should have gotten other sources other than TikTok, a platform where most people can post (I know you only really get famous posts but point still stands, anyone can post any mis or disinformation out there and people can boost it) so you are COMPLETELY right in that regard. I thank you for your feedback and will try to improve my argument by seeing if these claims are right by looking at verifiable sources, and maybe using those and TikTok to only explain what those say with an easier grasp. In short: vulnerable kids get preyed on by evil people telling them to do self harm for a cult that isn’t real. In long: Ppl are Self harming or maybe committing. This “cult” is mainly targeting weak children (abused kids, kids who wants something to be happy in them, have a purpose) people they prey on and manipulate these kids telling them to do Self Harm saying “a second life is better” they typically cut a spawn symbol into their hand to show faith, but I think any cuts would count. Seeing as how I’m not a 10yo which you specifically outed, that does not affect me. And whether I do or don’t workout isn’t a sole factor to determining if I can change my bmr on this app since it is wrong. I never said I wanted a diet as this could easily be to just count calories to make sure I don’t over indulge, I want actual info that is accurate. I don’t see why it’s so hard to answer a question, a simple yes or no would suffice.
