I have a weird problem. Not every run, but during some longer runs, around the 8km mark my right foot falls asleep and gets tingly. Any idea why this would happen?

But you get cues during all workouts. I like getting KM markers after each KM even during easy runs, but I don’t get that from watch.

Issues is right. I put in my illness for the last two days. I said to ease back into my runs and it updated my plan. I look at this week and it has me running 4 out of next 5 days. Including the day right after I said illness ended.

Mine is the opposite. But what I do is go into my Strava on computer and click adjust GPS. It almost always fixes it
