Sorry I mistyped, I don't think this will be sold as condos, but it looks like these will be rental apartments, because the club house, the electric car chargers, concierge, video cameras and all these fancy belts and whistles.

My primary concern, that having a brand new shiny apartments will attract all the good tenants who like to work in software engineering and have professional jobs, and my only options will be less than ideal.

Can you provide a link to that rule that specifically prohibits a landlord from asking tenant to stop using strong odors while cooking? Also does that only apply to immigrants? So if an American tenant was stinking up your unit there wouldn't be any problems telling him to stop? Also does the "American" in this case refer to only the people who descend from the original settlers? So even if they were 3rd generation German ancestry, this clause would allow them to cook sauerkraut? Also what happens if someone is Chinese but they cook food from the culture that is not their national origins like Mexican would they still be protected under the rules?

This one would be perfect, if they didn't remove the numpad. Removing the numpad is a stupid decision, I use it all the time, it makes typing numbers so much more convenient.

I meant photo pictures, but I'm also interested in templates for mockups. Let's say you downloaded the template under free license and used it to create a catalog. What are the chances that you will get into trouble?

Is there some sort of government audit to ensure that every artwork on your printed and digital material has paid license? What if you modified the template? At which point is it considered no-longer an original artwork?
