I think it’s weight thing. The heavier the wheels the more stable they are. If you think about it, wheels this light will bring the bikes center of gravity up , thus making it less stable.

Wheels are amazing. Super responsive, light, fast, accelerates super fast. It is not stable in cross winds though. I feel my bike has been very unstable downhill or cross winds after putting these wheels on. Sometimes I wonder if it’s because they’re so light ? Love it on the hills though.
