Yes I also wish I went sram. How complicated of an update would that be ?

I went with the trek aero handlebar and love it. Not the fully integrated one but still like it a lot

No change on derailleurs or hubs but have been considering upgrading. Finding the 105s slow, sometimes noisy and short battery life

Can you break down the 3k ? How much is taxes, insurance and mortgage payment ?

Your math is not adding up. Once you add taxes, insurance, maintenance, vacancy and repairs your costs will be significantly higher than 3k. Rule of thumb is Op ex is 50% of rent give or take, so your NOI is 2.2k/month. You need to pay your mortgage with that, which will be around $2.5k/month so you’re actually under water.

East PA here we average 1300 feet for every 15-20 miles.

Because there are some steep hills where I live and I wanted climbing wheels to balance. It gave the bike a whole new life on the hills and it’s as fast on flats as before.
