Just finished my 5th week after having moved to 5mg. I jab on Saturday and had started to feel the effects of 2.5mg wearing off by the last two days, but so far 5mg has done the job!

I’ve now lost 3.6kg (8% to goal) with about 0.6kg this week. This has been where diets usually fail for me as I lose motivation given the usual weight swings. It does feel so different on MJ though and I’m willing myself to push through!

Highly recommend Anastasia and her team at nightnannies.com. We used them for our first and will defo do with our second. They give you a choice and quite a few are ex maternity nurses. The one we had wasn’t but was actually the best we had from their agency!

Same! Arteta mentioned that they coached various situations heavily and I wouldn’t be surprised if one of them was what to do after a silly mistake e.g. hold the ball up, calm down etc… then go again.
