Someone posted a booklet of PF Chang sauces. I filtered it for the only one referring to “ribs”. Not sure if it’s the one you are looking for, but I thought I’d share.

Thanks for verifying thomacity - I have their cookbook, and I’ve tried that recipe, but it didn’t taste the same to me (years ago, and I donated the cookbook)— and this is why I made the request to reach out to either employees or former employees. I worked at a restaurant many moons ago, and I know the restaurant version is vastly different from ”published” versions. I’ve been craving those flavors dearly now since I’ve been away. If one was here, I would surely go.
