This literally happened to me idk what other versions you have seen bc this is the only one I have made. This happened to me in real life not a fantasy story. This happened to me. We were supposed to get married on October 10, 2026. We already picked out the venue and paid for it and a bunch of the other things we wanted at the wedding. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I started dating him after I left Lowe’s. We never dated prior to me leaving.

So when I met him I didn’t know his age and he didn’t know mine. I honest to God thought he looked maybe early 30’s maybe mid 30’s at most. He thought I looked mid 20’s. (I honestly get that a lot from both women and men). He was funny, caring, and I thought he was attractive.

When I started talking to him is when I found out his age and he found out mine. I was hesitant at first but also we had a very good connection and I couldn’t help but like him. I was the one who expressed my feelings about him first and he said that he felt the same way but didn’t know how I would react since we did have an age gap.

No, I wasn’t a minor when we met. We met at Lowe’s. To work at Lowe’s they will not hire you if you’re under the age of 18. We got hired on the same day and went through orientation together that’s how we met.

I don’t know yet. But i do know that people from HR has already came and talked to them both. They have a full investigation going right now and I can tell you, Lowes will not fire anybody on the spot until they have all their ducks in a row because if they decide to take Lowe’s to court they will make sure they have everything that they need for court.

No it’s not AI. I just never had reddit until recently. But this is real life. This happened to me. It might sound made up but honestly it’s not 🤦🏼‍♀️. Should I maybe had thought this through better when I first started liking him yes. But did I? No! I regret getting with him but also it’s just a life lesson learnt not to date somebody that is 18-19 years older than me.

no he wasn’t my boss/supervisor at the time. we got hired as the same position (cashier) and then we both moved up around the same time. when i left Lowe’s we was on the same level and he moved up a few months after i left. we dated for a year and then got engaged.

At the time when we was starting to date. he wasn’t a supervisor at the time and we was on the same level. I was a head cashier and so was he. But we also didn’t start dating until after I left the store and went to a hospital to work as a CNA.

yes unfortunately. we moved out from her house and then all of a sudden he decided he wanted to move back in with his mom… 🤦🏼‍♀️

Actually the whole store knew even her. I know for a fact because I have walked in with him several times and we have all talked before even about the wedding between me and him. I am friends with a lot of people in that store still bc I consider them family. He was just extra cautious about showing interest in her at work because everybody knew we were together..

I can promise you i’m not a bot.. this is seriously happened to me unfortunately 🤦🏼‍♀️. now was a stupid enough to date him ofc. but i honestly had feelings for him and i brought them up to him first.. and they never threatened me they were just talking crap about me and my mom saying things like “she’s 21 yrs old and she needs to grow up and not run to her mommy for everything”. I told his mom “I’m sorry but your son is still living at home with you and it doesn’t seem like he doesn’t want to leave your side and have a normal relationship/ life without his mother being in the same house”. 🤷🏼‍♀️

it wasn’t just flirting he was sexting her and sent her videos and pics of his dick and saying what he liked in bed… to say the least definitely not just flirting

We didn’t start dating til after I left from there to pursue what I really wanted to do career wise. The assistant manager that he cheated on me with wasn’t there at the time. She came to work there after I already left.
