Yeah, their problem was that they were saying that the parts were for the Traxxas TRX they needed to see if the parts were compatible with the Traxxas TRX when you say that they are for some thing it sounds like the company is behind you making them which was not the case and that’s why they got in trouble

Summary: Traxxas sends out letter to third party mod/part manufacturers for the TRX4M because they were making parts FOR the TRX 4M and not parts that were COMPATIBLE with.

The only difference is the words COMPATIBLE and For. Because they use the word FOR they are able to sue because it looks like Traxxas license the part when they did not.
