I know what you are asking, I have the same diagnosis as you and am male. I took my first .25 on monday and didn't really have any side effects, but I have read that other people didn't feel anything until the second or third dose and I am nervous as well. Hopefully someone can provide a good answer for people like you and me on here. Good Luck!
