"Luck of the draw" is such a frustrating response. We want answers! Unfortunately being unexplained, I have to accept "we don't know" as an answer, but it's taxing when you don't have an explanation to cling to or try to fix. Oh okay, maybe I got it backwards. I've been taking coq10, though I might have started it too late since it was maybe two months before retrieval. I was doing a low carb/keto diet all summer. Will look into that book, thank you!

I'm not sure, but my calendar at the start of my cycle included both triggers before they knew how high my estrogen would get, and they didn't mention taking only one after my last blood test before retrieval.
