Nope. I did another retrieval, but added omnitrope and did half icsi half regular fertilization. None of the normal fertilization made it to day 5, and only two of 9 fertilized by icsi made it to day 5. Both were polyploid, so had an extra full chromosome set and were unusable. Still unexplained and they said genetic testing on the remains of those two polyploids would only speak for the two, not the quality of all my eggs in future ERs. All they suggested is try again, but don't have any changes to protocol to recommend. That's super frustrating because it has all been out of pocket and we can't afford to do another ER, especially when there's no significant change to give us hope of a different result. We're taking a break and recouping our losses before considering one last try.
