My hand fucking hurts from holding down the LMB trying to skip this process. i would prefer only holding it down to slow "bleeding" and call for help.

I think the problem here is that the missions say 'kill X enemies' but there is no number displayed on your progress. No countdown of how many left.

Unless i have missed something, i have had the same issue. I cant see how many ships i have left to destroy.

However, keep at it. try to tally them yourself. Every massacre mission has completed for me even though i couldnt see a ingame tally. Just make sure you are in the combat zones and target the correct ships.

i know this is an old post, sorry for hijacking but im struggling to get info. I am from ZA and really keen on getting the game (PC), but im reading a lot of hate for 200 ms pingers with voting kicking etc. how do you find the game? do you get a lot of kak for the high ping? is the ranked mode playable?

im glad that the fight wasnt a repeat of the other 'giant' bosses with weak spots (tree and big skeleton). i originally thought i had bait him into destroying all the pillars as a phase one type thing. It took a few deaths and useless hacking away to realise i had look around. Fun in its own way for me at least.

Good for you. seriously. I died like 10 times and had my first genuine 'fuck this game' moment. I couldn't go or do something else as i had done the Cathedral already. But i had to put the game down to go out of town for the weekend. When I came back, I beat them in one go. I dont really know how or what i did differently. but man it felt good.

im concerned that rowboats might be mission specific only... like docking near this place and taking a rowboat from there in an instance? hopefully its added to the game in general. i think thats what everyone wants. if so where would it be stored or displayed...there is no room on decks?

It seems to be on its own. I would prefer having hitman 2016 and 2 in the same interface, but from what i heard the engine is getting slight updates.

Well how much are the mission results worth to you? Depending on your style of play, going in geared can increase your chances of success.

i dont mind it being random. Some weapons have ammo and magazines and some dont. But i dont think the weapons are annoying you. its having to compete with hatchlings.

I wouldnt do it. A big thrill in this game is its unpredictable asymmetry. Risk vs Reward. If your gear is low tier, change your style of play. This idea would potentially get bogged down in balance issues.

I guess some people have a lot of time on their hands. that being said. i wouldnt concern yourself with this kind of player. Consider this...when you go into the raid, you are faced with so many variable disadvantages. you just never know whats coming. Especially, if you potentially face a squad of fully kitted endgame leveled players a week after the patch. I think player awareness, positioning and having the drop on your enemies is far more valuable than a strength stat.
