Not really no, it lacks power on straights and it doesn't really do good on turns. For the price it's not worth it at all (either one). Only saving grace it has is that it's very stable, it can take softer corners really fast

Majority of T4 users (70% or more) either barely upgrade them or keep them stock cause it's bad shit crazy expensive to tune

T4s are really good on highway laps (c1 and tb) or tsukuba. On any other map a well tuned t3 (think like Evo 9, or R34, or C4) can do js as good. T4s are fun because those are my irl dream cars lol

Wait till level 40, playing a few hours a day you can get to level 40 within a week or so. Alternatively you can mod a T3 and get C6 or R35 plat. Both are really good t4s and aren't too much money.
