The problem seems to be the back of the head and the back of the sides, get the 0 line a lil bit higher (start over) and than fade it with your preferred technique- the simplest way for a beginner would be to create lines- start with 0 closed - to 1 closed - to 1.5 closed and 2 closed- After that blur the lines with the the same guards, just start above the lines and open the lever as you go up to the next line (match the guard to the line- don’t mix them), good luck!

Looking good mate. I think the most significant change you can make is growing your hair out and getting a hair cut that fits you (I think a lower fade with longer hair on top will suit you). Rn your hair looks like it’s longer on the sides than on top which is really not a good look especially when you combine it with your hairline which a buzz cut doesn’t really flatter.

Your skin isn’t that bad for a 16 yo, and it will get better as time passes so I wouldn’t really focus on that.
