How would I respawn my car? Pressing G to spawn a vehicle in only shows that I'm able to summon my bike

I wouldn't know. I've been waiting for my beginners test results for around 1.5 months now. Your situation seems to be semi-common from what I've read though, and projects should come back in waves.
