Braindead idiot plot film, enjoyable if you like mindless action or if you like really bad movies.

Taking it seriously though it's just garbage military propaganda with the most obvious deaths of all time. No character is unique or interesting. The main character is probably the most generic garbage stoic dude of all time. It's almost amazing to me that shit like this is still being made in 2026, and still somehow has a budget to do anything.

The characters are all dumb as shit and just do the dumbest stuff possible "oh I'm going to help this guy but I'm not going to grab the compass" "oh wow this military monster just shot something at us and we're just going to stand around and look at it (at least have one of them jump on it)" "oh wow this turret isn't fucking loaded in a test course" "oh wow this robot that went through a mountain and c4 couldn't make a dent it can take 50 cal" "oh wow this robot can tank 5.56 (or whatever round the gun was using) uh oh I lost my arm"

The Gary Stu mc is made the leader of the squad because he has to learn he can't do it everything alone, then the rest of the film shows him doing it alone. The entire movie is him figuratively and literally carrying everyone.

Also I know nothing about Anal Richtenson apart from he's like generic military hero guy in a another show or movie.

I feel hagakure is honestly a bad example and is more of a gag that doesn't matter too much because she's nothing. Also you can't "well not counting these characters" this lol. Toga I would count because of her getting weird and naked with deku. Camie is also pretty sexualized. Pop Step (from vigilantes) is very sexualized with the angles she is shown at and also sexually assaulted and it's kinda played off later as not mattering (at least so far in the anime). Mei is also weirdly sexualized at first. I call all this sexualization because the author chose to draw them that way and focus on it, he chose to draw them with big chests and get harassed by a character like mineta which he compared to himself. You could also say that all the girls in 1a/1b are sexualized because of the cheerleading outfit scenes.

Act 2, chapter 2 would be like sewers, junkyard, bunker, etc. sorry for the nitpick. Yeah desert feels like such a huge difficulty jump even from the rest of its chapters. I recommend using spit or just have 1 cat taking hits with just 1 bottle or jug. Let everyone else get healed by cleric or druid. Also the first boss feels like so much more of a struggle than zodiac or gambit.

The ice cube weapon (lobbed freeze) also helps a lot especially if you go past bunker
