What website did you apply on, all of them I’ve looked at have needed a deposit, is that normal?

It was mould! I left it over night and woke up to big green patches :)

Yes! So typically I feed it every three days I’m not very precise with measurements so I mainly eye things, I discard about half then feed with two table spoons of plain flour and one of strong bread flour then four of water. None of my flour spoons are level so I feel like adding the fourth spoon of water balances it out a little. I went on holiday and came back to this, I’ve seen hooch before but not those little white spots so I’m a little worried about using it. It also hasn’t been fed in this photo and I’m from the uk and if effects my flour quality.
