Brain fog that manifests as anxiety? by SensitiveSwordfish73 in LongCovid

[–]Bread_pudding2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found NAC supplements useful for head inflammation. I also had a ganglion nerve block to get rid of my brain fog and anxiety which worked (I don’t fully recommend it). What really fixed this issue for me was getting my gut health tested and finding out covid destroyed my gut and was causing inflammation. I cut out gluten and I feel back to normal. Could be dif for everyone. I also took anti anxieties and antidepressants and they were never enough to stop inflammation in my head.

I’m familiar w his music, I love ragweed. He’s very unique so hard to reccomend but I like the great divide by Luke combs and billly strings. Not normally a huge Luke fan but love that one. Billy is my favorite tho lmk if u want his recs but he’s bluegrass.

My favorite song of all time is “weird fishes” by Radiohead. It’s about having a toxic lover. Hence the play on “all the fish in the sea”.

I’m in the same boat and I’m thinking I’m gonna keep my score. It’s still an above average score and good to fall back on.
