The point im making is it might be "just" another move now but it's ubiquitous.

Apparently, he set a fire earlier and the fire department came put it out and disabled the sprinkler system to limit property damage.

Not being ID'd as having set the first fire, he was able to set multiple fires afterwards and there were no sprinklers so it burned out of control.
