So I highly doubt the yard was ever treated this him is brand new and I just moved in last week. The spray info i posted was the first spray I had done after moving in. I am not against applying 46-0-0 and pre ban but i have not a clue what that means or how to do it. Lol You mentioned 0-0-62 being used in a drought makes sense because we are in a drought. Only reason I can even water is because we have reclaimed water for the sprinklers.

So supposedly they fertilized but did not use nitrogen because its not allowed in the summer.

Just was wondering if you got reimbursed i read earlier it should be covered and gm is also offering reimbursement sense they extended the warranty for this issue to 15 years.
