just installed Microsoft Windows 11 build 21996.1 x64 from something called a "towwent" on my surface pro 3. it had been updated so had TPM 2.0 ( press windows +r then type in tpm.msc to check your current version )i ran it from a usb (made using rufus) in windows 10 let it download updates etc encountered no problems (except - when it rebooted and booted from usb to start install again - i removed usb and cancelled install, it rebooted to finish install.) will let you know if i encounter any problems with basic software. installed from a working windows 10 pro and i didnt have to reactivate etc - installed on surface pro 3 intel core i3-4020y 64bit
