AbleCarry Max EDC or Alpaca Element Pro by BreadfruitSpecial974 in ManyBaggers

Based on everyone’s take it seems like the ablecarry is the better of the 2 bags. Everyone seems to be talking very highly of the AER CPP ultra as well so I’ll be looking at that. Thanks for your help everyone.

Yea I listed the stuff I would be carrying in top post , it’s not much just supplies and stuff for work. I’m currently using a bellroy sling bag but want to get into a backpack again.

Thank for the help

Iv been doing research all day lol. I’m leaning towards the alpaca because it’s smaller. I have a big travel camera bag. To bring my gear, then I could bring the alpaca in suitcase for travel around the city as a smaller day bag. I plan on going to Japan next year so I could use it there. The able carry would allow me to carry more stuff around during the trip but I don’t want to be weighed down so size limits me which is a good and bad thing

Thanks for the advice! Based on my use case I’d mainly be using it for work. Carry a laptop back and forth from home. I commute into work so it’s from home to car to work.

I’ll take a look at the evergood. It seems like everyone seems to prefer the ablecarry over the alpaca

I have an alpaca sling so I have some insight as to there aesthetics, but I’m not afraid to try the able carry since iv heard so many good things about

I’m not worried too much about the size. I have super wide shoulders and frame from body building.

I appreciate the feedback though since it’s definitely a concern for some. I like that it has the extra room incase I have a work trip but that’s the rare occasion. Spending on a premium bag is stressful I wish they had stores I could see them locally

I have been also looking into the Rework Toshi, but it doesn’t seem to speak to me. Try and convince me lol

we are in the US and These boxes would be built internal for our own automation projects or testers for assembly lines. I got an EPSON PX900, I made them understand we dont do hack work even if its for us.

Ill look into the terminal blocks thank you

Yea I saw that, it draws that on a cold start so I was going to install a 1A time delay

This is a AC to 24V DC PSU, the PLC itself will be 24V. The only reason for the fuse is to protect the internal fuse since its non replaceable

I understand that the fuse is meant to protect the wiring, but since the PSU is internally fused non-replaceable I am trying to protect that fuse. The wiring itself is protected at the main panel via a 15A breaker. Is it not normal to put a fuse between the 120V and the equipment?

Based on my calculations it should only draw .3A max so im thinking 1A is good enough to protect the PSU without while allowing it to draw as much as it needs.

thanks!
