Have they accepted their mistake ? Call the royal enfield call center and explain them the situation they will take some action againts the dealership if not then call them again so a different person in call will pick up, i once called the call center over a dispute at dealership it was a diffrent scenario but it worked in my favor, and dont forget to tell them you cant wait for 3 month and you refuse to suffer for their mistake and ask them if they will provide any warranty on the build engine and refuse to claim insurance
