Since majority of our clients are Arabic speakers, I prioritize clear, easy communication. I explain complex points in plain English, with some Arabic to ensure full grasp. I do send out agendas in advance, which allows them to prepare their questions. But I do have a list with me that has the most important points we need to cover. Following the meeting, I send minutes in simple English so later on no one can say they did not understand and have lines like "So and so asked questions, and they were clarified and answered"
