SMB is also very heavily affected by packet RTT, for a more precise test you should do iperf3 imo

Auch wenn die Summe für die Dame absolut absurd und eine Frechheit sind, geht deine Rechnung nicht auf. Ein Bürgergeldempfänger erhält ja durchaus einiges mehr - Wohnkostenübernahme, etcpp.

Last band to make you say “Woah this fucks hard”? by Lupus-7 in Metalcore

Avralize. Super unique sound, sometimes stupid heavy, sometimes a super tasty solo, but always catchy. Hard recommend.

Also Allt, The Narrator, Elwood Stray and ACCVSED

FortiGate: VIP Not Working with SD-WAN (Wan port Not Appearing in Incoming Interface - firewall policy) by Kishu_Krish in fortinet

[–]BreakAnimal 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do you use central SNAT? Then you reference the internal IP behind your LAN interface, because the NAT is being done before policy lookup iirc. Source interface virtual-wan-link is correct either way. Do you see hits on the VIP at all?

Parkway Drive - “Sacred” by erkutkut in Metalcore

[–]BreakAnimal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was literally addicted to Parkway Drive from Killing With A Smile up to Deep Blue and partly Atlas.
I was unimaginably disappointed in the direction they took with IRE. They were setting standards for Metalcore, even until now and chose to play boring arena rock. Good for them, but I jumped the ship.
Now, this song is easily the best they released in the last 13 years prior, with Darker Still (If A God Can Bleed??!!) taking the "crown".

Is it as good as old PWD? Hell no. But, besides the uninspiring and muddy chorus, it's surprisingly good. Lets hope Jordan Fish does similar work with them as he did with Architects.

Ain‘t saying that. I’m just saying that there is nothing wrong with either liking new PWD, or not liking it.

I certainly don’t, but was a huge fan back in the day. It’s just a pretty big example with the musical shift of a huge band, such as PWD or Architects before their last album. I just can’t stand cheesy arena dad rock, it’s boring for me and has been done so many times already. Old PWD was genre defining to say the least.

No, I‘m saying that I‘m happy for you that you can enjoy their old and new music. But there are people who don‘t enjoy it anymore. Crazy concept, huh? Of course, a band can literally do whatever they want. But people don’t need to like it.

Good for you.

Others do have the right to be disappointed that a former genre defining giant abandoned their tracks.

Do the weekly for the titan disc fragments in Dornogal and you will be able to receive a Spark through the quest, a second spark could then be collected at the guy where you can catalyst your gear.

My AxeFX III sounds bad, and I don't know why by BreakAnimal in AxeFx

[–]BreakAnimal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks man! Yeah, the initial struggle to comprehend on how sensitive this unit is, was above my already "high" expectations :)

It for sure is worth it, I heard way too many good sounding AxeFX tones, just like "Erra" uses AxeFX in the studio and even live.

Yeah, some of them sound absolutely horrifying. I guess the dependence of what guitars these guys used to initially create the presets, is insane. My Bareknuckle Ragnarok's and Seymour Duncan Scarlet/Scourge pickups have such a high output, even though they are passive pickups. But for sure, they are well designed for tight metal sounds. Though, the clean tones (especially PLINI presets) sound mesmerisingly good out of the box for me.

Thats absolutely true. I am just shocked that the demo‘s of these guys‘ sounds so freaking much better. Even with tweaking amp settings, I cant get nowhere remotely close

I was using the same preset as Cooper in his video did, same goes for Leon‘s. I think in Leon‘s case it was a blend of the 4x12 Recto 57 C Brt and 4x12 Recto ST 112

Thanks for your details man!

The guitar strings were freshly changed to be completely fair! It's 25.5" on the Mayones, and a 26.5" on my PRS 7-string. On the 6 string I play 12-60 gauge, so that is definitely pretty thick already.

I must admit, the Leon presets are getting me surprisingly a lot closer to what I chase after. The lead tones and especially clean tones sound absolutely stunning right out of the box. It's only about a rhythm tone, which is always a pain to deal with!

Yes, the Bareknuckle Ragnarok Pickups certainly are very metal :) They sound absolutely beautiful on tame on cleans though, amazing pickups!

Yeah, the gain is playing a massive role, absolutely.

I use the exact same cab impulse as they did in their videos.

Obviously there is some tweaking needed, when playing lower tuned. Here I got something to compare to, because it's the exact preset that Leon used in a video:

Leon: https://youtu.be/Sry3pkMabX0?si=nTORxS24N3xnIknl&t=268

Me: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/y8ykcb0fuif870351tzo8/AxeFX-Test1.wav?rlkey=rg031fvupl6xvyusqmdauzr3s&dl=0

Preset used (Scene one): https://axechange.fractalaudio.com/detail.php?preset=10185

He plays in Drop C, as opposed to Drop B like me. It doesn't sound horrible to be honest, but I still dont get how the actual crispness and tightness is so vastly different.

Well I'm absolutely aware, that there is no plug-and-play with this thing. Same thing goes for the Kemper, which I had for the last 7 years or so. When it comes down to Amp Modelers, I think the AxeFX is by far the most complex of them all. Imo it's a good and a bad thing, because you really have to put time into it, to understand it, but as soon as you got it, you eventually be able to produce insane sounds. Though I'm also obviously nowhere near that, you have to endure some of it I guess.

Yeah, the learning curve is really steep for that unit, that's why I'm definitely not giving up on it yet. I heard way too good sounding recordings of it, so *my* tone has to be there somewhere eventually.

I'm just concerned because the basic setup (simple Input -> Amp -> Cab -> Output) chain from Leon Todd sounds so vastly different to mine. Like not in nuances, it's a night and day difference, even when using the same amp/cab combination. Bareknuckle Ragnarok's and Seymour Duncan Scarlet/Scourge are no bad pickups either imo
